Garage Door Questions From the Gulf Coast
Short answers to what Bonita Springs, Estero and Naples homeowners ask us most, with links to the pages that go deeper.

Is it safe to run the door after a spring snaps?
No. Without the spring the full weight of the door hangs on the opener and cables and it can fall. Keep it closed, unplug the opener and read our spring repair page.
How quickly can you get to me?
We aim to reach most calls the same day, and a door stuck open or a trapped car is answered at any hour. You get a time window during the call; see emergency repair.
What do common repairs start at?
Springs start at $150 per spring, cables at $150 per cable, roller sets at $120 and track work at $150 per door. All entry prices are on our pricing page.
Is the price agreed before work starts?
Always. The technician inspects the door, explains what is worn and settles the price with you on site. Nothing is replaced until you agree.
Do I need a hurricane-rated door?
A replacement door in Southwest Florida must meet the wind-load rating set by the Florida Building Code for your address, and a permit is pulled for it. See new door installation.
Why does salt air matter for my door?
Salt speeds up rust on springs, cables, hinges and roller bearings. Coated parts and a yearly check help, especially near canals and the Gulf.
Can you work in gated communities?
Yes. Tell us the community name and a gate contact when you book and we arrange entry before the visit.
Which brands do you service?
Common door and opener makes, including Clopay, Amarr, Raynor and CHI doors and LiftMaster, Chamberlain, Genie and Linear openers.
